Exponential Growth
This sculpture is a free-form exponential growth form, with negative curvature in most locations, similar to a portion of the hyperbolic plane embedded in Euclidean 3-space. It's partly inspired by sea slugs and curled-up leaves. This pieces measures about 20 inches in the long direction.
